• Direct reporting to Business Development Director & CEO• Conduct market research to identify target markets, industry trends, and competitors.• Project Management• Analyze data to develop strategic business recommendations and action plans.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within internal division or external parties to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion prospects.• Assist in executing business development strategies for revenue growth.• Prepare and deliver presentations, projections and proposals.• Monitor and optimize existing business initiatives.• Responsible for representing our organization in meetings with potential financial backers to secure funding for our new projects.

• Providing Ad-hoc Reports to BOD.• Oversees the preparation of operating budgets for Holding Company and Subsidiaries aligning with company goals.• Responsible for controlling and evaluating budgets and cost projections within organizations.• Responsible in reporting LLD (Laporan Lalu Lintas Devisa), Valas OJK, Simodis – Bank Indonesia.• Supervising Capital Allocation, such as Forex Exposure, Stock, Bonds, and Bank Deposits.• Evaluating Loan Movement within organizations (including subsidiaries).• Verifying the accuracy of Financial Data for the projection purposes.• Creating and monitoring consistently applied investment information/message to the investment community regarding company’s quarterly and yearly performance.• Contributing to making yearly Sustainability Report.

• Responsible in creating Financial Projection for Group Businesses.• Responsible in reporting LLD (Laporan Lalu Lintas Devisa), Valas OJK, Simodis – Bank Indonesia.• Performing Monthly Management Report Analysis for holding company and subsidiaries.• Providing Capital Allocation analysis, such as Forex Exposure, Stock, Bonds, and Bank Deposits.• Assisting in gathering information for yearly audit.• Contributing in making yearly Sustainability Report.

• Verifying the accuracy of Financial Data• Monthly Trial Balance and General Ledger Reconciliation • Journaling Amortization • Performing account analysis to ensure journal entries and balances are correct• Gathering supporting documents and performing record keeping• Assist in gathering information for yearly audit• Contribute in generating sustainability report

• Leading commercial and project activities for a small scale LNG Plant.• Overseeing business development, project management, and commercial strategy.• Ensuring regulatory compliance and managing stakeholder relationships.• Experienced in risk management, financial management & projection, and team leadership.
