As a User Support Intern at PicCollage, one of the world's most popular photo editing and collage-making apps, I collaborate with a dynamic, fast-paced startup team to enhance the user experience for millions of users worldwide. My role involves providing timely, empathetic, and accurate support to our diverse user base, analyzing and delivering actionable user feedback, and contributing to workflow improvements for better user support efficiency. This research is pertinent with surveying filed in Civil Engineering. In this opportunity, I am working with my Professor in NTU. My main task is to detect the skyline of an image. I have to separate the objects appeared in the images and make lines in the edges of those objects.

During my internship at Taiwan CECI, I worked in the Rapid System Department within the Civil Engineering Division, where I gained hands-on experience in various aspects of civil engineering. My primary responsibilities included assisting in onsite measuring visits, which involved using specialized tools and techniques to gather accurate data for different projects. I also played a key role in preparing detailed reports for planning projects, where I compiled and analyzed data, and presented the findings clearly to support project planning and decision-making.In addition to fieldwork, I utilized Civil 3D software to create vertical sections and other essential elements for engineering projects. This required interpreting project specifications, designing precise models, and ensuring all digital representations met the required standards. Throughout my internship, I collaborated closely with a team of experienced civil engineers and project managers, which allowed me to gain valuable insights into the workflow and coordination necessary for large-scale engineering projects. Overall, this internship significantly enhanced my technical skills, particularly with Civil 3D, and improved my ability to contribute effectively to both field and office tasks within the engineering sector.
