Will Hawk is a passionate, caring and successful professional business owner.  He's been a life long caregiver for family members and friends.  By losing a close family friend for whom he was a 24/7 caregiver, he became motivated to help his community stay home through the aging process.  He found that facility care leaves a lot to be desired and does not allow for life promoting one-on-one care. Founded and Built the company from a start-up. Implemented a solid business structure and executed the planning and stability of it's growth. Successfully trained and managed over 100 care providers. Trained and managed office staff, structured and managed billing department, HR and strategic advertising and social media campaign. Effectively managed care for elderly and adult clients with detail oriented placement of skilled providers to perform all daily non-medical duties.

Started the business as a side job to support my art hobbie for t-shirt designs. Through small side jobs with high quality apparel and design, built a successful client list spanning the entire Coachella Valley. After witnessing a burst in satisfaction and return business I began expanding the product offering to everything customizable. Hawk Custom turned its focus into promotionals and business developement.
