13+ years in manufacturing, and I have spent every one of them learning new techniques and technologies. I've focused my career on aerospace and greentech, cross-pollinating advanced manufacturing from the former to the latter.I have designed and CNC machined magnetic alloy components for use in electric thrusters, worked on the development of additive manufacturing of high temperature alloys, and improved the manufacture, installation and maintenance of high temperature ceramics for thermal protection of spacecraft during reentry.Currently, I am a Staff Mechanical Engineer at Rondo Energy, where I am responsible for the development, testing, and production of all tooling and processes for heater assembly and installations within Rondo heat batteries.I leverage my skills in engineering, problem solving, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly, and rapid prototyping to deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction. My goal is to contribute to Rondo's mission of providing clean, reliable, and affordable energy storage solutions for a sustainable future.
