Globally driving and building CCEP´s Resilience, Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Incident Management & Crisis Response (IMCR) capability and strategy across 31 countries spanning Europe and Southeast Asia/Australia/Pacific. Drives and owns CCEP´s policy for business continuity & resilience to incrementally and continuously uplift and strengthen CCEP´s absorptive, adaptive and response capabilities so that we are able to effectively and cost-optimally manage the risk of business disruption: • Leading the BCR central team and indirectly managing a network of c.300 business unit incident management team members, country business continuity leads and site business continuity champions• Coordination of the company’s crisis management programme, including live responses and preparedness activities• Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, BU and Global Functional Leadership Teams and leads in adjacent functions – as well as with The Coca-Cola Company – to ensure effective and efficient cross-functional resiliency initiatives• Developing and leading a company wide BCM/IMCR programme of critical change - governance, tooling, and methodology, as well as assurance (regulatory expectations as well as international standards such as ISO 22301 and ISO 9001) - testing and validating resilience capability across the organisation through an award-winning programme**Recognised in 2024: CIR Business Continuity Awards: Team of the Year and Excellence in BC in Manufacturing.
