Kristen Campbell Wilcox is a Professor in the Educational Policy and Leadership Department of the University at Albany and Research and Development Director of the Research-Practice Partnership called NYKids. As a former ESL/ENL and EFL teacher in the U.S. Puerto Rico and Brazil, her areas of research interest have focused on the intersections of language, culture, and academic achievement among ethnically and linguistically diverse youth as well as the school systems and policies that support them. Her most research scholarship bridges between curriculum and instruction and leadership and policy.
