•Assisting the general manager by entering into several divisions namely the general division and purchasing, finance, and marketing division.• Recap daily employee absences, make attendance for security guards and check employee contract letters that will expire when in the general division to corner/discharge employees in order to concentrate employee attendance levels and make it easier when calculating salaries. • Manage and update invoices, proof of cash in, proof of cash out and manage tax calculations while in the finance division to create good and orderly financial records. • Recalculate and recap the number of products sold per month in 2020 and 2021 as evaluation material when attending weekly meetings in the marketing division in order to achieve business development. • Manage and update data on the company's purchase of raw materials from suppliers when in the purchasing division to help the company's production process run smoothly
