My work on web sites for The Associates and Sears Credit contributed to the development of Brann's interactive capabilities and gave me valuable insight into creating dynamic, user-friendly online marketing. Other clients I worked with include Citibank, E*Trade, the American Bar Association and Sprint.

Led copy development with an in-house direct marketing agency for International Correspondence Schools, at the time the industry leader in distance education. Though in-house, we boasted full-service agency capabilities, including lettershop, and I gained a wealth of experience as an integral part of a textbook two-step direct marketing campaign. I contributed copy to every step of the process, including acquisition, conversion, ongoing mail-streams, and cross-sell opportunities via TV, print media and mail packages.
