Epic Data (formerly ConnectWare) provided warehouse and shop floor data collection systems for the manufacturing industry.- Designed, installed, and maintained data collection systems as an interface to Baan IV ERP system using C, Perl, UNIX, and Delphi. - Setup wireless networks for use with Intermec data collection hardware.- Project design and application documentation.

As part of the data collections department, I was responsible for designing, programming, training, and implementing data collection systems. My main focus was data collection into the Baan IV ERP system. This required me to gain a general knowledge of the receiving, shipping, inventory control and manufacturing areas of Baan.

Megasys provides a comprehensive hospitality management software package for restaurants, hotels, resorts, casinos, and condominiums. As the Director of Technical Services, I supervised the 24 hour nationwide technical support office providing system administration and support for over 50 clients- Customer technical support and troubleshooting- Establish hardware requirements for new and upgrade systems.- Managed new installations and upgrades nationwide- Hardware and software troubleshooting- Network design, installation, and management- Internet systems development- Software design - Systems integration and interfacing- Hardware and software documentation
