Manage all Below the line Activity (Roadshow, Special Event, Sponsorship, Production related to the event)

1. Develop, execute and deliver Esia’s digital marketing strategies, and manage the end-to-end executions in both areas to drive the business forward through key delivery channels and consumer touch points. Channel coverage to include, but not limited to, myesia.com, Esia Facebook fanpage, Twitter, eDM, CRM, SEM, e-commerce, SEO, etc.2. Partner with other areas of company and become an integral part of a larger marketing initiative and contribute actively to the business goals of the company3. Develop and execute Plans to increase page views, fanbase, unique visitors, dwell time and site ‘stickiness’ to encourage repeat usage and visits4. Manage digital marketing budget and delivering projects within scope and agreed budget

Create the concept for each product launching, employee & dealer gathering, and other event related to activation

Create a program that includes budgeting & creative strategy for Increasing Sales & Activation in the region of North Sumatra, Central Java and West Java. Manage sales data & activation in all region in Indonesia.

Manage all activities that related to the event such as production, talent, venue arrangement, show management
