-conducts feasibility studies on several sites of Solar-Powered Irrigation Projects (SPIS) within Cagayan Valley Region;-reviews detailed engineering designs of Small Water-Impounding Projects prior to approval by the RAED Chief;-assists on the georesistivity field survey and data interpretation for the assessment of groundwater potential (under SPIS);-authors some research proposal for funding by the Bureau of Agricultural Research;-checks project construction monitoring reports and maintains project database

Conducts proposal writing, technical report writing, data collection and site inspection, hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and modelling, flood mapping, drainage network modelling and detailed design for various land development, hydropower, wind power, and solar farm projects

Assists on various water resources development and irrigation projects, i.e. rainfall and streamflow data collection, site investigation, hydrologic analysis, GIS mapping, technical report writing, and stakeholders workshop
