Designed Loyalty Programs for Binney & Smith's, Crayola, and Williams-Sonoma. Followed processes and wrote Training Guides for co-workers to learn processes: First our team would gather requirements and branding from the client. I was responsible for creating the click-through XHTML flow site for the client to review following the client branding and the W3C standards. Once the client made revisions, the changes were made quickly. Once the site was approved, I would turn over my WC3 validated code to a JAVA developer for sites that needed new coding like Intuit. Other sites that were “productized” I would insert the JSP code myself and would test the code on test server. I would then use our Content Management System (CMS), called ClearCase, add all the files, and create a deployment document in ClearQuest. The files would go to Configuration Management to be deployed to Quality Assurance (QA). QA would check the site and make changes if needed. Once the site was approved, it was deployed to production. The client was informed that the site was live. Designed and developed Branding Guidelines for Parago. Created all branded print materials for Parago, sales brochures, flyers, and invoices.
