Worked as a junior process mechanical engineer on drinking water, wastewater, industrial treatment, distribution and conveyance projects. My primary projects had a focus on drinking water treatment including projects like the start-up of Richland Creek Water Treatment Plant, the design of water quality and water sampling improvements for Shoal Creek and Lanier Filter Plants, and the preliminary engineering of a chlorine disinfection system for Crosstown and South Fayette Water Treatment Plants.

I worked under the senior facilities manager to design and fabricate research components for faculty and students using CAD and heavy machinery. I also worked to maintain the school of civil and environmental on campus facilities.

I supported the water/wastewater design team providing periodic deliverables in Civil3D, processing large quantities of treatment plant data in excel, and assisting on multiple site-visits. I also played a large role in a FEMA Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant on Tybee Island by leading building inspections of eligible homes, corresponding with city officials, coordinating with contractors to form opinions of probable cost.
