Founded the Esports Team at Sarah T. Reed High School. Also founded the only Middle School Esports Team in the New Orleans area, as of 2020, at Einstein Middle School. Created district-wide digital walk-through system to provide Instructional Leaders with actionable data.

Highlights: As a Central Office Administrator, facilitated the district's first Google Bootcamp in the Fall of 2015. Also led all Chromebook pilots for the district's 1:1 Initiative which now impacts students across the district with more than 31,000 Chromebooks in grades 4 through 12. Support teachers with digital workflow, student engagement and assessment as well as parent communication. Received recognition from Google for the number of educators that earned Google Level 1 and Level 2 certifications. Support Principals and District Administrators with digital leadership according to the Pillars of Digital Leadership as well as using technology to be save money and be more efficient. The school helped Dallas ISD achieve a record number of graduates. Highlights: Opened brand new school in Lewisville ISD which targeted dropout and over-age students. Being selected for this position made me the first African-American male principal in the history of Lewisville ISD. In my first year with Lewisville ISD, I received the districts Janus Award for Leadership. The school I opened, Lewisville ISD Night High School, was selected to represent the entire district in the 2009-2010 “Bragging Rights” edition of Texas School Business Magazine. The success of the school has received press from a variety of news entities.
