Current- Customer service in e-commerce platform such as Amazon, Newegg, Bestbuy, and Walmart for Canadian region- Qualifying customers’ inquiry and assist them with best possible solution- Observing the market trend and providing suggestions to logistics and marketing managers to help raise and expand the sales if possible.- Communicate with courier’s representatives to solve shipping issues for online customers.- Checking price on a regular basis to help keep the online merchandize to be competitive- Suggesting ideas to the customer service manager on how to improve online customer service.- Report and discuss with Huawei’s upper management to help raise and maintain their Amazon online store rating and service.- Help raise Huawei’s Amazon store to refine their customer service and their store rating to to 97%- Help raise the company’s Amazon store to raise the store rating from 63% to 85%, and Newegg marketplace store from 3 star to 4-4.5 star
