• Review all monthly Res. Hab. Documentation forms for compliance in the signature key area • Review all monthly Res. Hab. Documentation forms for compliance of monthly progress notes, signatures and dates completed by each Residence Manager• Prepare and distribute list of Res. Hab. Documentation compliance issues to Residence Managers, and Residential Director• Meet with staff and Residence Managers to correct issues related to Res. Hab. Forms• Copy and file all Res. Hab. Documentation Forms• Audit all consumers’ monthly ledgers to ensure that all spending and banking transactions are accurate and appropriate• Work with Residence Managers to resolve and ledger discrepancies or deficiencies• Work with Quality Assurance Director to access ledgers on an as-needed basis for program review• Work closely with the Accounting Team to assist with assorted filing needs.• Work on other projects as assigned by Associate Director and/or Controller

I am responsible for the allocation, direction and oversight of work within the Receiving Department. Performs and supervises a variety of tasks which relate to receiving, put away, delivery and shipping of Hospital supplies, equipment and recording of services. My responsibilities include motivating and training staff for improved performance and working with management in the reporting and resolution of any issues that impact patient care.

Receive, inspect, count and note any discrepancies on incoming and outgoing freight.Record all quantities received on the purchased order or shipped on a bill of laden, both manually and in the Meditech System to ensure accurate processing and audit trails. Ensure the security of the all dock areas and that all contractors and couriers are following proper receiving and shipping procedures and policies.

Perform accounting engagements, such as, payroll deductions, internal control reviews, and taxation computations. Prepares computerized financial statements, such as, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and Cash Flow. Prepare audit schedule such as, bank reconciliation, asset depreciation, capital allowance, revenue and expenditure schedule, schedule for receivable and payable.
