As the Visual Design Manager, I am entrusted with the responsibility of shaping the design direction at ELB Learning. My role encompasses the development of cutting-edge design strategies and solutions, including creating impactful Proof of Concept (POC) designs to ensure project alignment and creative innovation. I set and uphold rigorous design standards while efficiently managing resources and overseeing quality checks to maintain consistency and excellence in our visual deliverables. Furthermore, I am dedicated to nurturing the growth of our team through mentorship and training initiatives, ensuring that our design capabilities continue to evolve and excel under my guidance.

Responsible to understand designing solutions and use technologies accordingly to meet the project requirements. Create Proof of Concept (POC) design and Design Strategies, develop visual storyboard, set development and design standards, Manage resources and work allocation, Check/Review Quality and Consistency and Conduct Training for the team members.

Worked on visual design solutions for multiple e-learning projects for multiple clients that included designing interfaces and templates, visualizing, and developing animated presentations. Responsible for managing graphic design activities and coordinating with cross-functional teams for various media designing projects. Collaborated with graphic designers and instructional designers for implementing creative ideas to enhance the overall quality and usability of design project outputs.

Responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design and solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion. Identifying trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram. Creating a wide variety of graphic art, presentations, leaflets, trade-marks, marketing materials, promotional material, and banner designs, involving clients in the design process.

Working on multiple e-learning project designs, templates and creating animation in flash as per the clients favour. Developing and implementing creative ideas to enhance the overall quality and product of the project.

Created detailed pictures and diagrams for assembly manuals, maintenance guides, and other important documentation that accompanies products and machines. Some technical illustrations are very specialized drawings for certain systems, while others put together general instruction manuals for service engineers.
