Assist Project Manager and Technical Manager on the technical and design work as below but not limited to: Coordination, Reviewing, Submission and Filing all design drawings and relative technical document with Owner, Manufacturer, Consultant and Construction team.Management, Following up, Monitoring the design progress of Equipment, Construction and relative drawings and technical documentation.Assist to organize technical meeting and discussions with each party.Monitoring the quantity and progress of the equipment manufacturing to match with construction progress\.Other work required by project manager and technical manager.

Commissioning of new installed/assembled transformer and switchgears (GIS).Provide planning and scheduling for continuous operation.Oversee project production efforts, development, to assure projects are completed on time and within budget.Oversee completed reports to ensure application of standard limits according to ANSI/NETA & IEEE with the corresponding recommendation.Handle test intrument/equipment and provide training for new employed engineer to familiarize the following test equipment:1.PowerDB software - Megger2.DELTA 4000 - Megger3.MIT125 - Megger4.MT0250 - Megger5.SFA (SF6 Gas Analyzer) - Teldar6.CIRCUIT BREAKER TIMER (CBT 6P) - Teldar7.Primary Current Injector (PCM 2000) - Teldar8.Single Phase Transformer Turns Ratio tests - AVO9.Relay Tester - Teldar10.DC HI-Potential Tester - TeldarManage projects, provide method statements, job hazard analysis, and safe-work procedure.Provide scope of works and estimation for transformer rehabilitation, rewinding, and preventive maintenance.Provide on-site diagnoses based on test results taken from equipment tested.Confer with engineers, customers, or others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products.

Monitor the operation and maintenance of all major mechanical/electrical including its accessories and support machinery; monitoring includes checking of all mechanical/electrical maintenance activities, review maintenance reports and checklist, and a thorough inspection of all mechanical/electrical equipment on a regular basis.Evaluate equipment breakdown and conduct basis mechanical/electrical trouble shooting.Monitoring servicing bond of all mechanical/electrical maintenance service contractors; this includes regular periodic inspection of the quality and timeliness of the service rendered, review and evaluate all mechanical/electrical service reports, evaluation of contractor and supplier proposal.Supervise and monitors the performance of service contractors.Directs the implementation of all technical operations and services.Schedules, implements and oversee preventive maintenance program.Monitor inventory materials for repair and maintenance of the facility and equipment.Assists the MANAGER in ENERCON planning and implementation.Monitors and reviews all utility readings of maintenance, provide technical analysis for water and electrical discrepancies and drastic fluctuations.Propose electricity and water savings initiative.Prepares technical/incident report and recommendation.Collates daily accomplishment report of technician.Handles technical inquiries and request.Maintains equipment record history.Assist the MANAGER in his regular building inspection of the following: Fire Safety, Housekeeping and equipment maintenance.Acts as safety officer who will ensure the strict implementation of safety policies and procedures.
