As a Co-Founder of Gym Buddy, I was instrumental in developing a community software solution that helps fitness businesses build stronger communities without the need for additional staffing costs. I was able to inspire a team of developers to join me on this journey and together we were able to create a platform that connects gym buddies with just one click.My expertise in project management, and business development has been crucial in bringing this product to market. Through this role, I have developed strong skills in strategic planning, team leadership, and customer service, as well as a deep understanding of the fitness industry.

As a Community Connector at this co-working space, I was responsible for engaging with over 50 residents and guests and helping them make new connections. To achieve this, I organized a variety of events and activities, including lunches, social media posts, and orientations. I also managed reception duties and quote boards, ensuring that all residents and guests had a positive and productive experience. It was also a great environment to network with other like-minded entrepreneurs while working on my own tech startup.

As a Service Project Manager, I was responsible for leading and managing a variety of service-related initiatives for a global company. My responsibilities included account management, where I successfully billed over $1 million in service work and parts worldwide. I also oversaw the ERP transition for the service department and led the design and implementation of an upgraded inventory management system. Additionally, I was responsible for improving processes within the MRP system, including service team training, forecasting workload, and resource allocation planning. I also supported recruitment efforts and represented the company at sales and trade shows. Through this role, I gained extensive experience in project management, process improvement, and account management, as well as the ability to work effectively with teams and customers across multiple countries.

As a Field Service Engineer, I provided technical support and training to horticultural customers both domestically and internationally. I traveled to over 20 countries on behalf of the company, including solo trips, and was responsible for a range of activities including the installation and maintenance of high-tech process machinery, logistics operations, and heavy equipment crating. I also helped managed warehouse operations and supported recruitment and training efforts. Through this role, I gained extensive experience in electrical and mechanical problem-solving, as well as strong skills in customer service and communications.
