As a Solutions Director I was the department head of the IT Architects Department. The key responsibilities are Product Development, Presales & Bid Management, IT Project Architecture and Technical Account Management. Our technology area covers Application Delivey (Citrix, WTS), B2B integration (MS BizTalk, EDI, etc) and Complex Hosting. Next to the operational duties, I assumed the position of Quality Manager. Main focus was on the processes Project Management (PMI), Service Management (ITIL) and New Product Development (Kottler).Major projects were:- Program Manager for the implementation and management of the Belgian Number Portability Platform for Mobile and Fixed operators- Solution Architect for the Customs vertical on Porthus.net.
