Wilge Alfonso Claure - deviser, aficionado, dedicatedFrom 1991 to 2003, Wilge simultaneously worked as a Telecom Engineer, with electronic dance music artists and major record labels in Washington D.C., San Diego, and Oslo, Norway. This continued through 2015 as he arranged, booked, and managed multiple events catering to thousands of music lovers in major cities.He turned his passion for music into a full-time career and has had the privilege of working with several Grammy artists, organizing major events, and booking talent for national Radio programs, working with major record labels, facilitating artist remixes, and more...Most recently he completed his master's education in entertainment business and graduated with honors. Prior to this, he focused on his studies in Audio Engineering which he also graduated with honors, and has continued to develop himself by obtaining jobs in his field. This led to working events as a stagehand and audio technician for several major pop artist concerts. Previously educated in architecture and design, Wilge began his professional career with Public Storage Inc., and the nationally recognized architectural firm Dewberry & Davis. Knowledge in Civil Engineering led to Lightwave Spectrum International (LSII), fiber optic, and engineering experts from the early MCI & Sprint teams. At LSII Wilge helped design and managed back-bone/networks for AOL, MCI, Sprint, the U.S. Govt., American Communication Service Inc. (ACSI), and other networks across the USA.After studying telephony he became a fiber optic technician and network manager with, LSII, Teleport Communications Group (TCG), AT&T in San Diego, and Alcatel/I21 in Madrid, where he played a key role in developing the first pan-European fiber optic ring. In 2001 he left telecom to pursue music and arts full-time. While working with several Grammy award-winning/nominated DJs/Producers Wilge garnered several awards recognized for his work.
