    This was one of the most unique positions I have ever held. I was part of a very small team that constructed Star sailboats mainly for professional and Olympic sailors. I entered this position with zero knowledge of boat construction and worked my way to becoming highly proficient in advanced composite and finish techniques in a short amount of time. Many of the boats we built were specifically used by Olympians in the 2012 Summer Olympics. Not only did I help build the boats but I was able to race them alongside some of the best sailors in the world. That was a once in a lifetime opportunity and I am very pleased that I put my finance career on hold to pursue this passion of mine.
