About Wilhelm Riska
I'm a digital marketing professional. My fields of expertise are especially target group planning for digital marketing campaigns as well as planning and implementing customer care programs. In these I have been in a key role in Anttila for the last three years, using the Adobe Campaign campaign management tool. For the last 1,5 years I have also been main user for the tool. I have been in the front line building programs in Kesko's large digitalization Project. After Anttila's cut out from Kesko I have participated in rebuilding campaigns, programs, customer data base and data warehouse for Anttila. I have a vast experience in customer data management and -development. I have been using this customer data both with Adobe Campaign and direct SQL queries (Teradata SQL and Microsoft SQL Server). Additionally I have done a lot of follow-up and analyzing for campaigns and webstore sales (NetAnttila, Kodin1.com, Citymarket.fi, Anttila.ee etc.). I also have an extensive supervisory and managerial experience.
