Promoted to Corporate Vice President of Technology in January 2020, after successful tenures as Corporate AVP of Technology, and Director of Operations for 401 North Broad. Reporting directly to the COO, this leadership role integrates fast-paced decision making and long-term strategic planning. Holding chief oversight for critical infrastructure and operations at 401, expanded VP responsibilities include directing IT for 6 colocation data centers in 5 markets, identifying and deploying technology initiatives based on ITSM/ITIL framework, managing client and vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient IT performance enterprise-wide.

Director of Operations for 401 North Broad Street – the major data center and carrier hotel in Philadelphia – at a pivotal time for the historic property, as it undergoes a $70 million capital improvement program to renovate and reposition the 1.3 million square foot renowned international gateway with 80 networks and several transatlantic submarine cable systems. Directed the design and creation of new 65,000 square foot modular data center facility. Responsible for securing permits and contracts, vetting and hiring vendors, liaising with property owners, and clearing all hurdles to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
