Reliable professional with strong critical thinking skills acquired through 5+ years of experience across a range of sectors, including mine planning, mine operation, process engineering and R&D projects.I started my career as a volunteer intern in a consultancy company during my exchange program in Australia. I had the opportunity to develop my communication skills by liaising with internal and external clients and getting involved in laboratory tests to support the Woodside Karratha Gas Plant project. Before graduation, I also worked as an intern for multinational companies in Brazil and France where I learnt about process engineering projects and R&D related to mineral processing.Over the past years, my experience has mainly focused on mine planning (long and short-term). Having worked for both consultancy and mine companies (Deswik, Optimize Group and Vale), I was able to build a solid technical skill set including scheduling, mine design and mine performance analysis. Collaborating with operations, geology, geotechnical, and mining engineering teams to guarantee a safe mine plan execution, has enhanced my problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced operational environment.I enjoy providing technical training, sharing work experiences with colleagues, and getting involved in continuous improvement projects.Expertise: Mine planning, scheduling, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
