Built greenfield font compiler--coding directly to the TTF, OTF, and WOFF2 specs, mathy code for SVG and Bézier curve conversions and bounding box computations, integrating Rust native code into Elixir-based cloud service with Rustler, and WebAssembly to run in both Node.js and browser. Full stack development across multiple projects and technologies: Elixir/Phoenix server with Vue.js client; Elixir Phoenix Absinthe GraphQL API server; JavaScript library development with open source packages for various frameworks--React, Vue, Angular, Ember, Reactive Native; PHP development for a WordPress plugin with a REST API and a React front end; Elixir Phoenix LiveView and GenServer multi-player online game prototype.

This was my own nonprofit startup, through which I equipped others for people-helping using a book I wrote. I also applied my software engineering skills to the business needs of improving our web presence and engagement with customers. • Created a Perl extension to enable writing code to our middleware layer (NCR Top End)• Developed in C against Informix relational database on UNIX.• Wal-Mart acquired an international retail chain. All merchandise had to be imported into our item file system. Anticipating future acquisitions, I designed a generalized solution to enable configurable item file mapping and conversion. Involved embedding a Perl interpreter into a C controller program, a relational database, and routing source data through stored Perl conversion scripts to produce target data.
