RIC3 provides mortgage broker and loan origination services for purchase and refinance mortgage transactions on residential properties (1 to 4 units) in Michigan. Operating on a broker channel, Real Investment works with a pool of lenders and banks to provide a diverse selection of residential loan products to support the needs of homeowner’s & investors. Loan products include fixed and ARM, conventional, FHA, VA, renovation, one-time close construction, JUMBO and non-qualified mortgages. Creative Community Service Network mission is to inspire people to volunteer in projects that are addressing real needs in the community. We believe that people can be inspired by meaningful work as they see the fruit of collaboration, while utilizing their gifts and developing new skills through mentorship. Real Investment Creative works along 2 lines. One line is engaged in creative real estate financing solutions to assist community partners in achieving their goals.
