CurrentSuccessfully lead the project to install and configure an Autocue Qbox teleprompter system with Qmaster software avoiding onsite installation fees by using internal resources and leveraging internal knowledge of WUSA technology department.Discovered operational issue with ENPS system and Qmaster software worked with colleague and multiple vendors to find solution with minimal downtime. Used troubleshooting and process to narrow down the root cause. Documented the solution and communicated it to staff.Took responsibility for installing and configuring an HDHomerun ATSC 3.0 tuner. Used the project as an opportunity to train the department intern in multicast streaming and NextGen television.Successfully worked with Neoti field technician remotely to upgrade old A7s cards to A8s-N cards. Working with Neoti remotely resulted in an 8000-dollar savings to the department.Stepped in and successfully competed Raritan KVM over IP upgrade after project lead went out on disability to ensure project completion.Successfully designed and deployed 3 in home remote studios for the on-air talent using Dejero Live software. These units allow the uninterrupted broadcast of news in case of disaster at the station.Proficiently and efficiently met needs that allowed timely production of live news with no downtime or interruption.
