PEMIT is an out-sourced IT Department, I manage and am the primary contact for PEMIT's clients. I am responsible the provisioning and development of the clients IT systems to ensure they met their needs including resolution of all IT related issues. This ranges from installing complete new environments consisting of servers, networks and computers. Down to supporting users with day to day issues with software and hardware.Additionally I also do specialist installations of security and encryption software and consult with companies regarding their policies for data protection and restricting the movement of files in and out of there environment.While in this role I have supported many systems in many varied configurations.
