A sales managers success should not be measured by meeting or exceeding goals, but by how many top producers they have cultivated. The rest will follow. With 8+ years experience in sales, 3 of which are in management, it is safe to say I enjoy working with people. Whether it be mentoring a new sales associate or negotiating a deal, I find pride in the work I do.For the past 5 years the automotive industry has been home and an enjoyable one at that. My career in the industry started as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at D-Patrick Motoplex. Quite possibly one of the most unique dealerships in the nation. Not only do we carry all 5 German car lines (Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche and VW), but they are all under one roof!After 2 and a half years “pounding pavement”, as they call it, D-Patrick Motoplex needed me to fill the role of Sales Manager. Holding this position has helped me grow into the professional I am today. Most of my success should be credited to upper level management for developing my skills, and to my sales consultants for allowing me to pass along that same knowledge to them.Looking back my career has been a wild ride and I would not change it for anything. With that being said, I look forward to what the future has in store.
