Regions Director - 11 Trading Sites, 3 Trading Centre's.£400,000,000 GWP businesAs Regions Director for RSA mid market between February 2013-2014 I led the segmentation of brokers from Sites, to Centre's, whilst opening new sites in Edinburgh and Leicester.I drove significant capacity creation through the new model by using new improved LEAN processes.This generated significant annual run rate savings, returning the business to underlying current year profit.I Introduced new major account selling techniques, supported by the introduction of a CRM system.This produced a +10 improvement in NPS scores.

1000 FTE £100,000,000 + fee and brokerage business.Took over the remainder of the UK business which at the time faced significant revenue and people engagement issues.Within two quarters returned the business to growth by removing internal silo's which greatly reduced retention issues and re-focused the business through a simple 5 point plan:1. Clients First2. Great Place to work3. Insight led4. One Company5. Speak OutThrough this period voluntary attrition halved, engagement improved and client retention improved by 6%.The cost base was contained through the new simpler structure, delivering margin expansion during the period.

500 FTE - £45,000,000 fee and brokerage business.I ran the UK Mid Corporate Business - 11 offices - Credit, Insolvency and Government Sector Practices.Through 2005 - 2011 I transformed the business from significantly loss making, through to one of the highest margin units within the Group.This was achieved through driving organic sales, a new target operating model (including extensive use of Mumbai BPO), penetration of own manufactured schemes, new leadership and extensive development of the new leadership team.Through 2007-2010 I also re-platformed the business with new operational technology.
