As a shift lead, I serve as a main on-site liaison to directly handle any concerns from guests or questions from other employees. In addition to conflict resolution, I am tasked with managing available assets and resources to create the most effective and comfortable environment for event attendees and customers.

During my term at CenterPoint, I gained hands-on experience in the energy and utilities industry, focusing in the distribution of overhead power and natural gas, as well as emergency response. Assigned to a service area in North Houston, I managed overhead construction projects from request to completion, overseeing site visits, project digital design, permit submittals, and equipment selection to meet customer needs. I also contributed to critical emergency operations in the wake of Hurricane Beryl, assisting foreign line contractors in the repair of Houston's infrastructure.

As a superintendent intern, I was exposed to both regulating and controlling agronomy operations for an award-winning 36-hole golf course including the creation of employee work schedules and equipment maintenance schedules. Given strict deadlines for project completion, I balanced the existing maintenance requirements and new project additions to create the best possible conditions for club members and guests.

As a member service attendant, I interacted with club members to fulfill any desired needs such as retrieving clubs from the assigned locker, performing club maintenance and sustaining a clean and presentable work environment throughout the day. During the course of my employment, I trained numerous new employees to usher in the next generation of workers, ensuring proper club standards are being upheld during the new hire transition period.

While working as property manager, I was tasked with providing repairs and maintenance services for numerous investment properties in and around the Houston area including retail centers, commercial warehouses and vacant land. In addition to basic facility management, I had the opportunity to facilitate minor construction projects including concrete pours and different hardscape installations.
