    Worked closely with the Faculty of Engineering Student Life team to lead the ENGO Peer Mentoring Program delivery. Since holding the position of Program Coordinator, I have redesigned the mentoring program's format including the acquisition of the Professional Engagement Program (PEP) Mentoring Scheme, developed two iterations of an attendance tracking system, and worked closely with external vendors to guide the development of our online mentoring platform. Amongst other changes to the program such as increased student events, generation of comprehensive resources, and closer mentor-lead mentor partnerships, the program has observed over 100% year-on-year improvements in rates of engagement for the past two years.
