I started my career in retail working in the automotive department at Walmart after a year I was promoted to customer service manager, after developing my skills as a supervisor I was then promoted a second time to lead customer service manager where I oversaw the entire front line operations as well as making schedules for up to 70 associates. I also did evaluations, terminations, hiring, etc.I began working for Tj Maxx #582 in St. Petersburg FL in Feb 2006 as a customer service coordinator after 6 months I went to the sales floor as mens and kids coordinator where I learned merchandising, feature presentation, processing of freight, team building. In 2007 I moved to Sevierville TN and began working at TJ MAXX #1086 as a CEC and in the following year started working on Men's and Kids as Coordinator. I was then asked to move to recieving as Backroom Coordinator where I learned processing, truck recieving ETC. In the position of Key Carrier that I was promoted to in April of 2014 my duties were to run the store as Manager on Duty in the absence of salaried managers. After 8 years with TJ MAXX in September 2015 I transferred to Marshalls store #247 in Knoxville TN as CEC / KEY CARRIER to learn more about the company and for better advancement opportunities. Since March of 2016 I began my position as the Adminstrative Coordinator where I work on scheduling, hiring and recruiting, ensuring that all policies and procedures are being followed when it comes to all Human Resources in the store. Along with my duties in HR I was also responsible for ensuring that all front end policies and procedures were being upheld and met per company standards. In July 2017 I began my position as the Operations Manager for Marshalls in Franklin TN.In May of 2018 I began my new position as Store Manager in Bristol TN and in the 4 years of being Store Manager we have won Presidents Club which is a very high honor showing that the store achieved and superceded goals in all aspects. In 2021, my store became a district training store for new ASMs and SMs.
