Managing a portfolio of my own clients, I build and maintain websites from the ground up. I build most client websites using Wordpress, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Working with stakeholders, I ascertain the project requirements and preferences. This is followed by wireframing, developing, responding to feedback and launching websites. My services also include ongoing website management and maintenance, SEO analytics and performance improvements.

Working as part of a small team, my responsivities included everything from designing, developing and managing dozens of websites. My role was to act as an allrounder, coordinating between higher management and marketing, and leading the design, development and management of our digital assets. I worked on projects representing large international brands including Celestron, Sky-Watcher, ZeroTech, Weatherby, Bushnell, Tasco, GE Cameras and many more. Additional projects included internal software improvements and an SPA for creating PDF invoices.Technologies included HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, NextJS, node, JQuery, Git, Express.js, Postman API, Wordpress, PHP, MySQL, CPanel, Google Analytics, Shopify, Liquid, Bootstrap, Tailwind and much more. Additionally I frequently used design technologies including the Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).Using Google Analytics, I analyzed user behaviour, traffic sources, and conversions to optimize all our company websites. By identifying bottlenecks and streamlining user journeys, I improved the overall user experience. Key metrics like bounce rates and session duration guided targeted enhancements across pages and content. Informed decisions on content, marketing, and design resulted in better website performance and user satisfaction company-wide.
