I have a broad knowledge of Retail and have worked in several Management positions in several Retail stores where I have a good proven sucessful track record as a Manager. And previously worked in a Field based role as a Shrinkage and Complaince Manager for a finance retail team covering 2 areas and circa 70 stores. I currently work as a member of the family run printing and embroidery business in Lowestoft. Some of my personal skills are; people management, time management, health and safety procedures, stock management and compliance along with hardworking, reliable and honesty - these are all strong beliefs to me and ones that I try to build in all of my working teams.I like to see the potential in everyone and use the correct coaching and leadership (currently taken from the GROW and Leadership Models), by using my own drive and passion to motivate my colleagues, allow personal organic growth to push forward and deliver new challenges.I have high standards, which I try to reflect through all of my work - this can be seen through my good timekeeping and professionalism.
