As an Education Program Manager I help to establish and grow new and existing KID Museum programs. I ensure that the planning and implementation of these programs are in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision and strategic direction. I work closely with members of the education team to support the development of programs and delivery of impactful maker-based learning experiences for kids and youth.

Helped students to construct their own meanings and empower them to actively engage with their world through an integrated, thematic curriculum. RichardI have aided in facilitating projects alongside Dr. Gabriela Richard involving in STEAM/Maker workshops with diverse K-12 youth, and explored the learning trajectories and activities that competitive collegiate electronic sports (esports) players engage in. Redesigning curriculums for workshops, building trusting relationships with participants, conducting interviews, leading group data analysis, and participating in grant writing.

• Gained experience in creating surveys using Qualtrics and Inquisit. • Conducted my own research under the supervisor of Dr. Hood.
