Often projects are within occupied or highly sensitive environments.• Expertise spans all roofing and cladding systems. This covers both flat and pitched roofing projects, offering services such as the installation of reinforced bituminous membranes, roofing system upgrades, and the management of third-party specialist contractors, for associated building works. • As a Principal Contractor, Central Group routinely oversees and manages the entire construction phase, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations, rigorous health and safety standards, and seamless project delivery from mobilisation through to completion. Health and safety is key to Central’s core values and operations, with robust systems in place to ensure compliance, risk management, and sub-contractor vetting. An in-house health and safety team, NEBOSH qualified, ensures rigorous standards through on-site audits and a commitment to safety across all operational levels, supported by ISO certifications in quality and environmental management.
