Founded ATECI Agency, a fashion consulting agency specialising in the development and execution of business growth strategies across brand, product development, supply chain, digital campaigns and physical activations.

Managed the launch of the US based company, Hat Club, into the new markets of Australia and New Zealand. Areas covered consisted of business setup across tax / legal / accounting, development and execution of multi-market launch plans, implementation of design and buying processes, design and coding of the website and e-commerce platform (annual net revenue of >$200,000), management of an Asian based supply chain, coordinating product shoots, advertising strategies through relevant social platforms (Insta > 6,000 and EDM list of >10,000), in-person event planning and execution and reporting to US based parent company.

Cutting Kerbs was my first ever business, a lawn mowing company that I founded on a gap in the market that is my area. With the house blocks being too small to warrant the purchase of a mower, but every house possessing a nature strip also too small for a mowing company, cutting kerbs perfectly filled this niche and was an excellent part time job while working in school. I learnt not only valuable customer service techniques, but also what is required to gain and maintain customers, some early accounting skills and most importantly the meaning of hard work. This business sparked my enjoyment in entrepreneurship and fostered some preliminary growth and understanding of what it took to run an actual business.
