My experience in leadership, project management, and continuous improvement spans across maintenance, contractor management, construction and commissioning, where I have demonstrated my ability to drive overheads down through better scheduling and management for optimised process and team performance.With operational centre development and running the response team as the team leader with my current employer gives me the skills and knowledge of how an operational centre works. When the operation centre was being set up I developed the business process around how the centre would function. After the set up was complete I was deployed as the Response Team Leader and I controlled the safe and quick return to plans to ensure production targets were able to be met. My last eight years of employment has been in leadership roles within the coal seam gas industry where I have been able to develop strong relationships within all facets of the business that enables me to collaborate and communicate across a wide audience. Been responsible as the site safety manager ensuring compliance to the corporate safety policies and driving safety improvements. Continuous improvements and creating value across all business streams is a passion that I have and is evident in how I conduct myself in my day-to-day duties. I am trade qualified and coupled with current engineering qualification, makes me an ideal candidate due to my technical skills and knowledge of maintenance and operations practices. With that I come with a vast industry expertise of best practice standards that delivers maximised cost savings through maintenance, asset improvements and developing teams to achieve production targets. I have been in Mechanical maintenance for the past 20 years in many and various roles with three different employers. During this time I have become a leader in maintenance improvements by delivering cost reductions and reliability improvements.
