• Led the Store Operations involvement in the Brand House commercial concept redesign that launched in Q3 2020 globally. • Liaison to the Global Store Design & Development team for all operational inputs to hangers, cash wrap, floor fixtures, and the back of house layout.• Project managed the opening of the commercial concept prototype store for testing and executing focus groups to learn from before launching in live stores.• Assisted in the experiential work streams that would connect the athletes in-store to the e-comm platform and other new innovations installed for the athlete to interact with.

• Partnered with regional operations teams to develop global store processes and standards.• Built global relationships through written and phone communication, as well as some in-region store visits in China and Mexico.• Led the China in-store operational handoff during the SAP launch in 2019.• Sole Global Store Ops member in the design of the Shinjuku Flagship store in Tokyo and assisted in the training of their management team during their trip to our offices.• Learned SketchUp to design all imagery in the Global Back of House Standards Guide that launched to the regions in late Q3 2019.• Planned, monitored, adjusted and communicated budget changes on global projects through the Workfront project management platform.

• Assisted in the North America launch and monitoring of OMNI channel ordering in-store, contributing to over $2.4M in the first 4 months of launching in a controlled subset of stores.• Contributed to the labor inputs of the new Kronos time management system prior to implementation.• Coordinated with Asset Protection in the creation of Crisis Guidelines for North America that led to a Global implementation in Q4 of 2018.

• Held cross-functional team meetings to determine project timelines, capacity levels, design changes based on operational needs. • Reviewed and signed off on sales floor and back of house layouts with store development before official blue prints were created.• Signed off on all construction punch list items prior to leaving the site and opening the store.• Project managed and opened 81 US and 9 Canada store openings. ~60 in-person store openings while virtually leading ~30 openings through the store opening team. Opened 7 stores earlier than scheduled contributing an additional $1M+ to revenue. • Trained and motivated 40-60+ teammates per store opening. • Interviewed, selected, trained, and led a store opening team consisting of 18 store managers between 2015-2017, inclusive of planning, coordinating and budgeting team travel and on-site expenses. • Developed and published the New Store Opening Guide that took the store opening lead through each day from construction turnover to opening the door for business. The format was developed in partnership with Learning & Development to ensure the lead could plan the day successfully, while learning project management skills through lists and prioritization.• Developed and published the New Store Opening Playbook for the corporate Operations team that provided project timelines and teams to coordinate with from the onset of a lease signing.
