Management of projects involving wind farm design, wind resource assessment and annual energy yield prediction including budgeting and quote preparation, carrying out project work, budget management, reporting and invoicing. Experience in the use of methodologies and tools for wind farm design and analysis applicable to a variety of terrain types including complex terrain, forestry and offshore projects :- - WAsP certified user since 2007. - Use of WindFarmer and openWind software for layout design, noise assessments, energy yield studies and wind farm visualisations.- Commercial application of advanced technology for wind energy resource assessment including remote sensing (ZephIR lidar), computational fluid dynamics wind flow models (VENTOS) and reanalysis data.Experience in statistical analysis of wind data using Windographer, Excel and in-house software.Trained in working on-site and in carrying out site assessments.Specified and developed a web-based database system for the assimilation and analysis of data for wind resource assessment.Ran a global network of diverse wind monitoring equipment including anemometer masts and remote sensing (LiDAR) equipment.
