I am a licensed clinical psychologist focused on developing and implementing novel therapies for treatment-resistant conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use and addiction, as well as acute psychiatric illness. For more than a decade my work has been split between direct clinical work in a variety of settings and research into psychedelic-assisted therapies. I am currently the founder and lead psychologist of a ketamine-assisted psychotherapy program that supports clients with treatment-resistant mental health issues, and I also work in a multidisciplinary group practice as well.I have worked as a research consultant and primary investigator for several FDA-approved studies on the use of MDMA, psilocybin, and ketamine for treatment-resistant conditions. I have also worked as an Adherence Rater on the phase 3 clinical trial of MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy for PTSD, among many other roles in the psychedelic research space.I frequently consult about psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychedelics, and regularly lecture at conferences and universities about psychedelic medicines and the future of psychotherapy.
