At ETTA, I oversaw the brand development of the company from the ground, up. Additionally, it was my responsibility to conceptualize and execute the internal and external facing experiences of the company. Internally, this included company collateral, brand guidelines, company culture pillars and both the cover art, and music for our podcast, The Lift Off. Externally, this included large scale marketing campaigns, company apparel and merchandise, and the aesthetic and tone of our social media pages.
