I help businesses in West Oxfordshire to prosper and grow. I specifically help businesses to find premises, sources of funding and mentors. I use my extensive network to put businesses in touch with each other to encourage local trade and collaboration, as well as linking to relevant specialist business support organisations. I use my understanding of local authority processes to help businesses through complex planning and business rate issues.I get involved with projects which stimulate the local economy. I worked on the development of Marriotts Walk in Witney to ensure the new shopping centre was integrated into the town centre and not competing with it. I am one of the founders of the West Oxfordshire Business Awards which were established to celebrate the area’s prospering economy, to showcase the best of local businesses and to help bring a business community together. West Oxfordshire is a great place to do business and I am here to help.

Fredericks Oxfordshire is a local business loan fund that comes with a full package of support. It is one of the Fredericks Foundation's "Lending Hubs" and exists to help businesses that cannot raise finance through traditional routes such as bank loans. The fund in Oxfordshire is overseen by an Advisory Board of local businesses.I have been involved with Fredericks Oxfordshire from the very start, convening the group that raised the initial funds. I chaired the local Advisory Board from January 2011 to May 2012 overseeing the launch of the fund by Rt Hon David Cameron MP. Fredericks is now firmly established as one of the key business support schemes in Oxfordshire.
