I am a self lead worker, with a proven track record in training, team management and project delivery.In my previous roles I have been responsible for creating technical competencies for a call centre operation, leading a team of up to 15, and offering coaching to first level colleagues to improve their skills.I have recently moved into Learning Management Systems and have already learned a lot about the Totara TPX.
