I am a self lead worker, with a proven track record in training, team management and project delivery.In my previous roles I have been responsible for creating technical competencies for a call centre operation, leading a team of up to 15, and offering coaching to first level colleagues to improve their skills.I have recently moved into Learning Management Systems and have already learned a lot about the Totara TPX. My current role requires me to support and train clients, helping them to configure Totara to their needs. This support often covers Learn, Perform and Engage. My goal is to ensure the client understands what the system is capable of and how to maximise it's potential.
