- Designed, built, and implemented in-app search support to make audio content more accessible users to find content - Refactored whispersync (last position heard) support to support multiple client applications and ensure all code was unit-testable - Co-designed a metrics framework to allow us to send app metrics to multiple metric sources via a single framework - Co-led the design/planning/implementation of an "all you can eat" experience for the new Japanese marketplace - Assisted during the earlier phases of streaming development of the Channels experience - Interviewed ~50 software engineering candidates across a variety of technical and non-technical competencies - Continued driving for Robolectric UT Coverage within the app, helping us move from 5% to ~40% line coverage

- Added Metrics to the app, which guided the revamp of our "first-time-user-experience" and increased conversion rate by ~10% - "Gamified" the app by adding listening stats and badges that would sync across multiple devices - Pushed for Robolectric UT Coverage within the app, helping us move from 0% to 5% line coverage

• Created a custom Java web solution to provide 40,000 users with remote access to their physical corporate desktops/laptops• Created a custom Python Zenoss ZenPack to monitor the Citrix NetScaler product line• Recognized by management for solid execution as a project manager, leading multiple long-term projects for enterprise customers• Held meetings with CIOs at different fortune 500 companies• Joined the mobility task for to develop a better understanding of Citrix's new mobile management product suite

• Assessed existing components (including but not limited to: storage, networking, AD, SQL, Security infrastructures) to identify how to best integrate with Citrix technologies• Designed large scale Citrix environments for over 10,000 users to meet business requirements for enterprise customers• Built and tested Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments in order to validate that each operated in a manner consistent with predefined use cases• Provided rollout support to production users to ensure that users were on-boarded smoothly to the new environment• Granted the prestigious Wile E. Coyote award for courage under fire• Led numerous knowledge transfer sessions with customers to augment their understanding of the Citrix technology suite

I independently designed, planned, and tested an automated program, which collected all of the current season’s player, team, and game statistics from mlb.com’s XML feeds and compared it to the corresponding data from our database every morning. My work prevented a number of serious issues within the original database from going on-air, such as when the Chicago Cubs appeared twice within the same division. I also identified a few sources of error within the new, improved database that was under production. After recognizing an unavoidable bottleneck within the SQL query process, I taught myself VB.NET and redesigned a multithreaded version of my program, which greatly increased execution speeds.
