I'm a recent graduate of Washington & Lee University, where I was a student-athlete majoring in economics. My passion lies in using data and numbers to tell compelling stories. Through my studies, I developed strong quantitative research and reasoning skills, becoming proficient in Stata. My research has explored topics such as climate refugees, currency exchange rates, and international education systems.In addition to my academic pursuits, I honed my storytelling and media skills through a minor in mass communications and practical experience with organizations like SwimSwam, United Way, and the Public Relations Student Society of America.I'm particularly passionate about the financial and education industries, as well as the Latin American region. This year, I'm excited to be working as a journalist with SwimSwam and as an English Teaching Assistant in Torredelcampo, Spain, through the NALCAP program. I'm always eager to connect with others who share an interest in research, media, and languages.
