Started in the Construction Industry in 1981. I built large subdivisions with US homes. I was promoted to Construction Manager in two years before moving to Birch Tree Construction. As a Construction Manager with Birch Tree I managed the construction of Wellington Hill. This 390 plus unit project was one of the largest in NH at the time. I started my own Company Begin Construction LLC in 1987 and built over 250 homes and 50 major remodel projects thru 2015. In 2016 I accepted a Position with Pilot Construction Inc. as Lead Project Superintendent to take over a 30 million dollar project in North Andover Ma called Berry Farms built for Dolben Inc. In 2017 Project Superintendent with Callahan Construction Managers. Managed a Senior Assistant Living center for Wingate in Haverhill MA. In 2017 I obtained my OSHA 30 OEC 1030-7041965 and my Unrestricted MA CSL CS-110230 expires 5/18/2021 2018 took a position with NRP Group to manage 100-200 unit multifamily projects north of Boston. Focused...Driven... When I start a project, I finish the Project on time or ahead of schedule and at or below budget. #1 complaint I set a tight fast schedule, I always expect to much completed too fast. #1 pet peeve "a messy job site".

Project Had a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with a pool, 4 Buildings that had between 42 and 64 units per building, 3 units were 4 stories with elevators. Project also had 3 parking garages and a maintenance garage/office. Project was started August 2015 and had no buildings at Drywall stage when I was brought in April 4th 2016. 3 of 6 buildings were in various stages of framing. Job was completed and turned over to owners by January 27th 2017. Support on site I managed was an Assistant Superintendent, a Quality Control Assurance Associate, 4 laborers. We had as many as 180 workers on site and averaged over 150 for 8 months. I reported to the Project Manager and Vice President of Operations.
