Will Beightol is an Investment Sales Advisor at Sands Investment Group, where he specializes in single-tenant net lease collision and industrial assets nationwide. His primary focus is assisting his clients with the disposition of their net lease assets, mainly working with former operators and family office clients to help scale and assist in growing their portfolios. Will has grown into a role which has placed him as a co-lead of the SIG collision team where he has found his niche in focusing on middle-market collision companies backed by private equity groups. His deeper focus in industrial assets is primarily geared toward wholesale building material and manufacturing tenants which operate on a national scale.Originally from Santa Barbara, CA. Will attended the University of Mississippi where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance before joining SIG in 2022.
